17 April 2012 - Grolls acquires Norwegian group Univern!

Grolls acquires the Norwegian group Univern. Univern is one of Norway’s leading providers of work wear (own brand) and personal protection equipment. The acquisition takes the revenues of the Grolls group from ca SEK 650m to closer to SEK 900m. Read press release here!

1 April 2012 - Grolls acquires a new store in Uddevalla!

Daniel Andersson and Jörgen Olsson (former owners) have made a successful establishment in Uddevalla. With this acquisition, we will have good coverage in Uddevalla, Trollhättan and Vänersborg in West Sweden.

14 December 2011 - Lars Frölander is Mr. Björnkläder 2012!

Mr. Björnkläder 2012 is the swimmer Lars Frölander, one of the best Swedish swimmers of all time. A very nice guy just like our previous Mr. Björnkläder.

6 September 2011 - Björnkläder makes two acquisitions and
changes name to Grolls!

Björnkläder acquires Nytello AB, focused on professional white wear, and ProGozz AB, a current re-seller of the Björnkläder brand. In connection with this, Björnkläder AB changes name to Grolls AB.
